To make your payments online, please login to your homeowner account. If you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password.
Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.
When are the assessment fees due? The association assessment fees are due on the first of January each year.
What are the CC&R's? The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are the governing legal documents that setup the guidance for the operation of the planned community as non-profit corporation.
How do I report a street light outage? All street lights are repaired by Duke Energy. Please call 1-800-653-5307 to request maintenance or click hereto submit your request.
How do I report road maintenance issues? Please contact NCDOT with road maintenance concerns at 980-523-0110.
